Ali is the creator of GENtentional Leadership™, a groundbreaking framework designed to bridge generational divides—from Baby Boomers to Gen Z—through intentional communication, purpose alignment, and inclusive workplace culture. Her work integrates research-based generational theory with real-world diagnostics, experiential learning, and hospitality-informed excellence. She has earned a Doctorate in Business Administration specializing in Organizational Leadership. Her published dissertation explored the effects of employees in high-impact industries expressing dimensions of workplace spirituality and the impact on job satisfaction. Her research spans leadership development, employee well-being, organizational culture, and the intersection of spirituality and performance in hospitality settings.
